OUR STORY

lily design was born through the vision of the owner, Lynda Pierce.  Her personal mission includes using the gifts and talents God has given her to reach her greatest potential and purpose in life.  She saw the opportunity to serve by using her talents to fulfill the need of others.  Lynda saw a need to expand and transform the status quo of what a designer is and who they serve.  She created a design company that is dedicated to transforming the public's perception about professional designers.  Lynda believes that 'everyone deserves good design'.  lily design provides professional design and construction management services to anyone wanting to maximize the potential in the places where they live.  Whether you are a busy working professional conquering your own mountains or home serving your family, we want to help transform your life!  Good design has the ability to calm the spirit, make the day-to-day chores enjoyable and facilitate peace.

Hi!  I'm excited to tell you a little more about me.  I've heard it said, you can't separate your work life with your home life.  In my opinion, there is no work-life balance, it's just life and you have to find a way to live it to the fullest.  No one can define that for you, you need to define it for yourself.

I live on an acreage just north of Brookings, SD with my husband and two children.  We love the farm life and raise boer goats and beef cattle.  My trusty assistant is my long-haired dachshund, Mayer.  When I am not designing, I am outside spending time outside with my furry family members. 

​

My first bachelor's degree is from North Dakota State University and my second is from South Dakota State University.  I have over 14 years of design experience and get excited about every new project.  With every project, there is an opportunity to change [transform] a life.
